To deep expertise in molding opaque polymers, Syntec Optics adds equal expertise in molding optical ones. For nearly ten years, we have been manufacturing complex custom optical components, and combining them as required to form complete opto-electronic solutions.

All services are performed in house, which ensures the highest precision results in the shortest possible time.

Integration is our hallmark. This includes moving easily between diamond-turned and molded solutions to speed overall product development cycles and reduce total costs as much as 5X. By the time you’re ready to manufacture, potential production issues have all been resolved. And custom fixtures are in place for testing quality to the exact levels you need.

Syntec has two manufacturing facilities, totaling over 35,000 square feet. One facility focuses primarily on injection molding, integrated assembly and custom metrology while the other specializes in tooling, including finished diamond-turned optics in polymers or crystals.
