Chairman Al Kapoor has broad management experience with several Fortune 500 companies in diverse areas including R&D, manufacturing, purchasing, as well as sales and strategic planning. Al’s expertise extends to optical networking, 3G wireless and bioinformatics technologies. He has an MBA from Harvard plus MS and BS degrees in engineering.

V.P. and General Manager Paul Tolley has over 20 years experience in leading edge polymer optics product development and manufacturing for systems, such as biometric identification, medical imaging, defense, and telecommunications. Paul also has experience in engineering management and strategic planning for several Fortune 500 companies. Mr. Tolley is degreed in mechanical and electrical disciplines as well as management practices. He is a member of OSA, APOMA and the Technical Advisory Committee for Homeland Security.

V.P. of Tooling, Rick Arndt is a co-founder of Rochester Tool and Mold and an expert in advanced tool making techniques that maximize processing efficiency.

Operations Manager Lori Steffenilla holds degrees in finance and management and has a track record of 15 years in operations management, including extensive experience with Fortune 500 firms.
