Our Assembly group performs precision and intricate hand and machine assembly of bio-medical, finger print recognition, homeland security applications and other integrate high tech programs. The Optical Tech will be responsible for critical detailed work and testing of complex optical modules and sub-modules. Experience in a clean room environment helpful. Must have excellent math and attention to detail with very small components, minimum 2 years experience in small part assembly. Optic experience a plus. Our standards are based on achieving delivery of flawless product on time.

Job Title: Quality Technician

Description:

Our Quality Inspection cluster is renowned for world class performance and excellence in assuring that our company standards are maintained and product integrity is preserved. The quality cluster performs and notes measurements for first piece in-process, final inspections using micrometers, calipers, height gauges, CMM, interferometer, profilometers and other high precision equipment. Strong attention to detail, experience using optical inspection equipment and superior math skills a must.

Job Title: Production Operators Technician

Description:

The Production Team is responsible for injection molding machine operation. This Team performs optical inspection using eye lopes and other sophisticated optical metrology, detailed trimming, degating and clipping of small optical parts. Will be accountable for efficiency and scrap where applicable. Must have excellent hand/eye coordination, attention to detail and manual dexterity. Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is a must.
